Rip's Big Bowl
CEREAL
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup grape-nuts or ezekiel4:9 cereal
1/4 cup bite-sized shredded wheat
1/4 cup uncle sam cereal
1 TBSP ground flaxseed
2 TBSP raisins
2 TBSP walnuts
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
1 grapefruit, halved and sections removed
3/4 cup plant milk
Mix all CEREAL ingredients. Prepare fruit and use to top cereal. Squeeze remaining juice from grapefruit skins into bowl. Serve with plant milk.
Makes 1 serving. 376 calories, 11g fat, 182mg sodium, 67g carbs, 10g protein.
