If is an Indonesian dessert, maybe Peranakan cuisine, made of mung bean flour (hun kwee) with coconut milk, sugar, pandan leaf, tiny tapioca pearls, and pacar cina (another kind of tapioca product), and wrapped in young banana leaf.
