5-ingredient Trader Joe's Soup
@nutritionbymia A 5-ingredient meal you can make from Trader Joe’s from @nutritionbymia ✨ This makes 2-3 servings. This soup is so flavorful and satisfying, with a balance of protein and veggies. You’ll need: 1 package chicken gyoza potstickers 1 package mirepoix 1 (1-quart) container chicken broth 2 tablespoons soyaki sauce 1-2 tablespoons crunchy chili onion, for serving (scale up or down for desired heat) Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions What to do: In a medium skillet, fry the potstickers in olive oil on both sides until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Add ¼ cup water to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and steam until the water evaporates, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate medium saucepan, sauté the mirepoix in olive oil until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a slow simmer. Stir in the soyaki sauce and potstickers and cook for a few minutes more, or until heated through. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with crunchy chili onion.

Almond Frangipane Stuffed Rolls
@wellmadebykiley Not your ordinary almond croissant, these almond frangipane stuffed rolls by @wellmadebykiley are golden, flaky, buttery, and warming bites of goodness INGREDIENTS Butter, for greasing Egg Wash: 1 large egg 1 tablespoon whole milk Almond Frangipane: 1 cup almond flour ½ cup granulated sugar 5 tablespoons salted butter, softened 1 large egg 2 teaspoons almond extract 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt Rolls: 1 (12-count) package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or brioche rolls of choice Toppings: ⅓ cup sliced almonds Powdered sugar, for dusting PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch square pan or 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside. 2. Prepare the egg wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. Set aside. 3. Make the almond frangipane: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, butter, egg, almond extract, vanilla, and salt. Use a spoon to mix until well combined. 4. Stuff the rolls: Cut the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half into the prepared pan. Dollop half of the almond frangipane across the surface of the bottom half and spread evenly with a knife or slanted spatula. Lay the top half of the rolls on top. 5. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash. Spread the remaining half of the almond frangipane on top of the rolls. Sprinkle the top with the sliced almonds. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown. If the almonds start to darken too quickly, cover with foil while baking. Let cool for 10 minutes. 7. Dust the top with powdered sugar and cut into 12 squares. 8. Serve warm, and enjoy!

These cookie cruffins by @wellmadebykiley are a twist on the viral cookie croissant. Incredibly easy to make, flaky and crisp on the outside, with soft and gooey chocolate chip cookie dough on the inside! They make for pure bliss in every bite :brown_heart: INGREDIENTS Avocado oil spray, for greasing 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions 2 (16-ounce) packages NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, or cookie dough of your choice, divided 1 large egg 1 tablespoon milk of choice Powdered sugar, for serving (optional) PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 2 standard muffin pans with avocado oil spray. Set aside. 2. Slightly roll out 1 puff pastry sheet on a piece of parchment paper with a rolling pin. 3. Take three-quarters of 1 cookie dough package and divide the dough into medium-sized balls (they don’t have to be perfectly even in size); reserve the remaining dough for later. Use your hands to press and flatten the balls, then scatter the pieces on the puff pastry sheet. Use your hands to slightly press the cookie dough into the puff pastry. 4. Cut the puff pastry sheet in half lengthwise, then cut each strip in half. Cut each strip in half one more time to get 8 equal-sized strips. 5. Roll up 1 strip and place into a prepared muffin well. Repeat with the remaining strips. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 with the remaining puff pastry sheet and cookie dough package. 7. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. 8. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the cruffins with the egg wash. Place a teaspoon-sized piece of reserved cookie dough on top of each cruffin. 9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. 10. Allow to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove to a plate and dust with powdered sugar. 11. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Recipe INGREDIENTS 1 (12-ounce) bag pretzel snaps 3 (4-ounce) chocolate bars of choice or 1 (12-ounce) bag candy melts 10 ounces candy-coated chocolates (such as UNREAL® milk chocolate gems or M&M’s®) PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Arrange the pretzel snaps in rows on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each pretzel. 3. Place a square of chocolate or a candy melt on top of each pretzel. 4. Warm in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate is soft but not melted. 5. Remove from the oven. Gently press 1 chocolate candy into the soft chocolate in the center, then arrange 6 chocolate candies around the center candy to resemble flower petals. 6. Place on the counter or in the refrigerator until set. Store in an airtight container. 7. Enjoy!

@vindelgiudice Italian Stromboli Roll And Roasted Tomato Onion Soup This soup is the one to send winter out and bring spring in. Follow @vindelgiudice for more! Directions below! INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing 2 whole onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, sliced 10 Roma tomatoes, halved Salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 medium pizza dough, room temperature ¼ pound thinly sliced salami ¼ pound thinly sliced pepperoni ¼ pound mozzarella ¼ pound Provolone 2 cups chicken broth Handful of chopped basil PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-low to medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for 20-30 minutes, until onions are caramelized. Add the garlic and sauté for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large bowl, toss the tomatoes with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into quarters. Top each piece with the salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Provolone. Fold to close, brush the tops with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Reduce the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake the stromboli rolls for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, add the caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes to a blender with the chicken broth. Blend until smooth, pour the soup into the Dutch oven, and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and stir in the basil. Remove the stromboli rolls from the oven and serve with the hot soup. This soup is the perfect pairing for the sandwich. Dipping this sandwich in the soup is a million times better than dipping it in marinara!

Blend on medium speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth, then add the mint extract and green food coloring and blend until evenly incorporated and the shake is creamy, about 1 minute more. Pour the shake into a serving glass and top with the whipped cream, mint chocolate shavings, and sprinkles. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS Cupcakes: 2 cups sugar 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup cocoa powder 1½ tsp baking soda 1½ tsp baking powder 2 large eggs ½ cup Irish cream liqueur ½ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water Frosting: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 3½ cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 drops of green food coloring Ganache: 2 (4-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate bars, chopped ½ cup heavy cream Toppings: Rainbow Candy Belts Mini Marshmallows Gold Sprinkle Pearls Rolo Candies White Decorating Frosting Chocolate Gold Coins PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 2 (12-cup) muffin pans. Make the cupcakes: In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder until combined. Add the eggs, liqueur, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Add the boiling water and beat for 1 minute. Fill the prepared muffin pans ¾ full with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before cooling on a wire rack. Meanwhile, make the frosting: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter for 2 minutes. Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and food coloring; beat for 3-5 minutes, until fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with the desired tip. Make the ganache: In a medium bowl, add the chocolate. Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 2 minutes, then pour over the chocolate and stir until thickened. Transfer to a piping bag and snip the tip. Use a spoon to carve a cavity in each cupcake center, fill with the ganache, and pipe on the frosting. Follow the video to decorate!

@jaaliyahs INGREDIENTS Soup: Celery White onion Shredded carrots Bacon Chicken breasts White vinegar 4 cups Unsalted chicken stock 2 cups Heavy cream 1 tsp Minced garlic Cornstarch slurry Gnocchi Baby spinach Thyme leaves Seasonings: Nature’s Seasons seasoning Garlic powder Cajun Paprika Red pepper flakes Sazón tropical seasoning Garlic Bread: ⅓ cup Unsalted butter, melted Italian herbs paste French bread Shredded mozzarella cheese Red pepper flakes PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Prepare the soup: Chop the celery, onion, and carrots; set aside. 3. Chop the bacon into small pieces, then cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 4. Rinse the chicken with the vinegar, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken with desired seasonings and cook in the skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 5. Make the garlic bread: Combine the melted butter and Italian herbs paste in a small bowl until well combined. Spread the butter mixture onto the French bread. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. 6. In a large pot, add the celery, onion, and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes. Add the chicken stock and heavy cream; stir well. Add the garlic and cornstarch slurry. Continue cooking until the soup thickens slightly. 7. Add the bacon, chicken, gnocchi, spinach, thyme, and any additional seasonings you’d like. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, and enjoy!

Chili Honey Tuna Melt
Chili Honey Tuna Melt (Without Mayo) @brightmomentco Makes 2 sandwiches INGREDIENTS 10-12 ounces canned tuna ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ¼ red onion, finely chopped 2 celery stalks, finely chopped 2 tablespoons adobo sauce, from the can 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1 tablespoon tahini 1 tablespoon honey Juice of 1 lemon ½ teaspoon chili powder Salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 4 slices sourdough bread 2 slices cheddar cheese 1 tomato, sliced Butter, for greasing PREPARATION In a large bowl, combine the tuna, yogurt, onion, celery, adobo sauce, dill, tahini, honey, lemon juice, and chili powder. Mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Layer 2 bread slices, each with the cheddar cheese, tomato, and tuna mixture. Top with the remaining 2 bread slices. On a heated griddle, add a little butter. Add the sandwiches and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy immediately!

Caldo de Res Servings: 10-15 servings @mascocina05 INGREDIENTS 24 cups water 4 pounds chamorro (beef shank) 2½ pounds diezmillo (sirloin steak) ½ onion, peeled 5 whole garlic cloves, peeled 1 ½ tablespoons salt, plus more to taste 3 celery stalks, cut into thirds 3 ears of corn 20 green beans ½ head of cabbage, chopped 3 carrots, cut into thirds 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered 2 calabacitas (zucchini), chopped ⅓ cup chopped cilantro PREPARATION In a large pot, add the water and bring to a boil. Add the chamorro, diezmillo, onion, garlic, and salt. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender. Skim off and discard any white or brown foam floating at the top. Add the celery, corn, and green beans. Cook for 3 minutes, then add the cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. When the potatoes are halfway done, add the calabacitas. Continue cooking until all of the vegetables are tender. Add cilantro and season with salt to taste. Remove from heat. Enjoy!

Alfredo Chicken Dip
Chicken Alfredo but a little dressed down and turned into a dip. Gooey, bubbly, and ready to be enjoyed with your favorite chips, crackers, or bread! INGREDIENTS 1 bulb of garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil Kosher salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 8 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces unsalted butter, melted Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish @theemoodyfoody PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb and place it cut-side up in a small baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cover and roast for 20 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, add the chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. 4. Pop out the roasted garlic cloves from the bulb and add to the chicken mixture; mix well, then transfer to a large baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella cheese. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden. 6. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite dipping snack. 7. Enjoy!
