Easy Pyllo Quiche Bites
PHYLLO MINI QUICHE @Sweetportfolio over here! Helping you impress your brunch guests ;) Instead of using a p芒te bris茅e crust (savory pie crust), we will use phyllo sheets. You can find these in the frozen section of most grocery stores; they are really easy to use. We will cut them into squares to make little nests for our quiche. I added white cheddar, scallions, and pancetta to mine, but you can add anything your heart desires. Yield: 12 mini quiche ✨Ingredients: -1 (16-ounce) package frozen phyllo dough -4 oz diced pancetta -2 tsp neutral oil (I used avocado) -5 medium eggs -1 tsp salt -¼ tsp black pepper -¾ cup half-and-half -4 oz grated white cheddar, plus more for sprinkling -¼ cup sliced scallions Follow the instructions on the phyllo dough packet to thaw. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium saucepan, cook the pancetta over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until crispy. Transfer to a plate to cool, pat with a paper towel to remove excess grease, and set aside. Unroll the thawed phyllo dough over a cutting board. Take about 6-8 sheets and cut them in half; take the halves and cut them into squares. The full sheets should yield about 8 squares each. Grease a muffin pan with oil. Take the phyllo squares, and divide the sheets into two (about 3-4 sheets), and press down onto the prepared muffin pan using your fingers. Rotate the remaining phyllo square half and press down gently to form a nest. Repeat until all the muffin cavities are filled. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs using a whisk and season with salt and pepper. Add the half-and-half and continue whisking until incorporated. Add the grated cheddar cheese and continue to whisk, dissolving any clumps. Pour the egg mixture into the phyllo nests, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top. You can add the mix-ins (pancetta and scallions) either before or after; it doesn’t matter since they’ll rise to the top with the egg mixture. Sprinkle more grated cheddar cheese on top and bake for 18-20 mins, until the quiche rises and looks bouncy and not wet. Cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy!

@edeneats The best part of Passover…my Veggie Matzah Ball Soup. INGREDIENTS Broth: 1 leek, halved 1 onion, peeled and halved 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 20-25 cups water 1 celeriac, cut into medium pieces 4 celery stalks with leaves, cut into medium pieces 3 large carrots, cut into medium pieces 1 large parsnip, cut into medium pieces 1 head garlic, halved 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon onion powder Kosher salt, to taste Freshly ground cracked black pepper, to taste, plus more for garnish Handful of fresh parsley Handful of fresh dill, plus more for garnish Matzah Balls: 2 cups matzo meal 6 large eggs 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup neutral oil 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 2 teaspoons kosher salt 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Make the broth: Place the leek and onion on a sheet tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until slightly caramelized. Fill a large stockpot with the water. Add the leek, onion, celeriac, celery, carrots, parsnip, garlic, garlic powder, turmeric, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Add the parsley and dill; simmer for 15-20 minutes. Taste for seasoning. Keep on a low simmer until ready to use. Make the matzah balls: In a large bowl, mix together the matzo meal, eggs, water, oil, dill, salt, garlic powder, baking powder, pepper, and onion powder until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Use wet hands to roll the matzo mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place into the boiling water. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Place the matzah balls in soup bowls and ladle in some broth. Garnish with dill and cracked black pepper.

Make jelly: In a large jug, add the brown sugar, instant coffee, gelatin powder, and boiling water. Mix until all ingredients have dissolved. 2. Add the cold water. Mix well, then transfer to 2 coffee mugs. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until firm. 3. Make foam: Add the heavy whipping cream, caramel sauce, and salt to a medium container and whisk for about 30 seconds, or until foam begins to form. 4. Divide foam in half for 2 servings and serve with jelly coffee. 5. Enjoy!

@sugarandsparrowco This Belgian waffle layer cake by @sugarandsparrowco is the brunch cake of our DREAMS grab the full recipe (including homemade Belgian waffles!) below BELGIAN WAFFLE LAYER CAKE Serves: 10-12 MASCARPONE CREAM 1 ¾ Cups (210g) powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste 1 Cup (8 Oz, 225g) mascarpone cheese, cold 2 ¼ Cups (540ml) heavy whipping cream, cold WAFFLE AND BERRY LAYERS ½ Cup strawberry jam 2 Tbsp water ¼ Cup fresh raspberries, halved ¼ Cup fresh blackberries, halved ¼ Cup fresh blueberries, halved ¼ Cup fresh strawberries, quartered ¼ Cup of the above berries, kept whole for garnish 4 Belgian waffles (homemade or made with mix), cooled to room temperature INSTRUCTIONS Make the mascarpone cream: place all four ingredients into a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and mix together on low until combined. Turn the mixer to high speed and whip until it becomes the consistency of whipped cream with stiff peaks, 2-3 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the strawberry jam and water together and set aside In another small bowl, mix together all of the halved and quartered fresh berries. Assembly: place the first Belgian waffle onto a serving plate or cake stand. Add ¼ of the strawberry jam on top. Pipe or spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top of the jam, then top with ⅓ of the fresh mixed berries. Place the next waffle on top and repeat filling and stacking until you reach the final mascarpone cream layer. Top with the whole berries. Serve within 2 hours.

This tart was so delicious that it became a family favorite and disappeared within minutes. *cup of tea emoji* Here's what you need to make this at home: Ingredients: 1 sheet of puff pastry 7 eggs, divided 1 tbsp of water 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 cups of arugula 1 bunch of chives, chopped 1 tbsp of crushed black pepper Shredded cheese of choice Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll out the puff pastry and use a sharp knife to score a large rectangle in the center. Once done, fork the rectangle to prevent it from rising. Next, beat together 1 egg and the water to make an egg wash. Brush egg wash around the edges and half-bake according to your puff pastry instructions. Once the puff pastry is half-baked, press down the middle with the back of a spoon to prevent the eggs from running, crack in the remaining 6 eggs, and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the eggs are to your liking. Lastly, top with the arugula, chives, crushed black pepper, and shredded cheese.

Spring Salmon Pasta
@theemoodyfoody9712 Citrusy Tinned Salmon Pasta! Super quick, accessible, and perfect for any spring meal! INGREDIENTS 2 scallions, chopped 2 garlic cloves, grated Red chili flakes, to taste 2 ounces olive oil 1 tablespoon capers 2½ ounces Boursin cheese of choice 4 ounces dry spaghetti ½ cup dry white wine 1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard ½ lemon, zest and juice Salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 (6-ounce) can salmon ¼ cup parsley, roughly chopped ¼ cup dill, roughly chopped PREPARATION 1. In a large stainless steel pan, gently sweat the scallions, garlic, and chili flakes in olive oil over medium-low heat until softened. 2. Toss in the capers and stir in the Boursin cheese until melted. 3. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water according to the package directions. Reserve 1 cup cooking water; drain spaghetti and set aside. 4. Deglaze the cheese sauce with the white wine, increase heat to medium, and cook for 1 minute. Add the mustard, lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and gently simmer the sauce until reduced and slightly thickened. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, along with some pasta water, a little at a time, until thickened to the desired consistency. 6. Turn off heat and toss in the salmon, parsley, and dill. 7. Enjoy!

@breadbakebeyond Burrata & Date Toast. This dish is just the right mix of creamy cheese and sweet dates, with a little thyme and some crunchy walnuts on top. Easy to make and seriously tasty! Ingredients: For the Date Spread: 5 pitted Medjool Dates 2 tbsp Roasted & Unsalted Walnuts 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or Honey) 2 tbsp Water (if needed) For the Toast Assembly: 1 slice of your preferred Bread 2 tbsp Date Spread 1 Burrata Cheese About 1 tbsp Roasted Walnuts, chopped A sprinkle of Fresh Thyme A drizzle of Olive Oil A pinch of Salt Instructions: Make the Date Spread: 1. In a food processor, combine the dates, roasted walnuts, and maple syrup. 2. Pulse while gradually adding water, if needed, blending until the mixture forms a smooth paste. If you don’t have a food processor, a mortar and pestle can be used instead. Prepare the Toast: 1. Lightly toast the bread slice. 2. Spread a generous amount of the date spread on the toast. 3. Place the burrata cheese on top of the date spread. 4. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on the burrata. 5. In a small bowl, mix the thyme with the olive oil and a pinch of salt, then drizzle this mixture over the burrata. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Irish Pub-Style Potato Nachos 8 ounces bacon 3-4 russet potatoes 3-4 tablespoons olive oil 1½ tablespoons paprika 1 tablespoon onion powder 1 tablespoon garlic powder Salt and pepper, to taste 1-2 cups cheese (e.g., white or yellow cheddar, cheddar Jack, etc.) 1/2 cup chopped green onions (3-4 stalks) Sour cream, to serve Preheat the oven to 385°F (196°C). Line 2 baking sheets with foil. Arrange the bacon on the prepared baking sheets so they do not touch. (I twist the bacon so it turns extra crispy while baking.) Bake for 15-20 minutes, until desired crispiness is reached. Chop the bacon into bite- sized pieces and set aside. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into ¼-inch slices. Place into a large bowl; toss with the olive oil, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on 2 unlined baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the potatoes and continue baking for 20 minutes more, or until fork tender. Turn the oven to high broil. In a cast-iron skillet or large baking dish, layer the potatoes, cheese, bacon, and green onions until all the potatoes are used. Cook the dish under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Dollop some sour cream on top, and enjoy!

Bring a small pot of water to a rolling boil. Gently drop the eggs into the boiling water and boil for 7 minutes, or until soft boiled. 2. Immediately plunge the eggs into an ice bath for 1-2 minutes. 3. Remove the eggs from the ice bath, remove the egg shells, and roughly chop the eggs. 4. In a medium bowl, add the chopped eggs, lemon juice, mayo, chives, dill, Parmesan, lemon zest, mustard, hot sauce, celery salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined; taste for seasoning. 5. Spread the egg salad over a bread slice, top with the potato chips, and sandwich together with the remaining bread slice. 6. Enjoy!

Croissant French Toast Bake

Set aside. Add the croissants to a large baking dish, tearing them up into small pieces as you add them. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants. Wrap the baking dish with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove the plastic wrap from the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. INGREDIENTS: 10 slices of bread 10 cooked sausage links 3 large eggs ½ cup milk 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon cinnamon Maple syrup, for serving PREPARATION: Flatten the bread slices and remove the crusts if you prefer. You’ll need: 1 package chicken gyoza potstickers 1 package mirepoix 1 (1-quart) container chicken broth 2 tablespoons soyaki sauce 1-2 tablespoons crunchy chili onion, for serving (scale up or down for desired heat) Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions What to do: In a medium skillet, fry the potstickers in olive oil on both sides until lightly golden, about 4 minutes. Add ¼ cup water to the skillet, reduce heat, cover, and steam until the water evaporates, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a separate medium saucepan, saut茅 the mirepoix in olive oil until tender, about 3 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a slow simmer. Stir in the soyaki sauce and potstickers and cook for a few minutes more, or until heated through. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with crunchy chili onion.

@wellmadebykiley Not your ordinary almond croissant, these almond frangipane stuffed rolls by @wellmadebykiley are golden, flaky, buttery, and warming bites of goodness INGREDIENTS Butter, for greasing Egg Wash: 1 large egg 1 tablespoon whole milk Almond Frangipane: 1 cup almond flour ½ cup granulated sugar 5 tablespoons salted butter, softened 1 large egg 2 teaspoons almond extract 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt Rolls: 1 (12-count) package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls or brioche rolls of choice Toppings: ⅓ cup sliced almonds Powdered sugar, for dusting PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch square pan or 9x13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside. 2. Prepare the egg wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. Set aside. 3. Make the almond frangipane: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar, butter, egg, almond extract, vanilla, and salt. Use a spoon to mix until well combined. 4. Stuff the rolls: Cut the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half into the prepared pan. Dollop half of the almond frangipane across the surface of the bottom half and spread evenly with a knife or slanted spatula. Lay the top half of the rolls on top. 5. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the rolls with the egg wash. Spread the remaining half of the almond frangipane on top of the rolls. Sprinkle the top with the sliced almonds. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown. If the almonds start to darken too quickly, cover with foil while baking. Let cool for 10 minutes. 7. Dust the top with powdered sugar and cut into 12 squares. 8. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Incredibly easy to make, flaky and crisp on the outside, with soft and gooey chocolate chip cookie dough on the inside! They make for pure bliss in every bite :brown_heart: INGREDIENTS Avocado oil spray, for greasing 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package directions 2 (16-ounce) packages NESTL脡® TOLL HOUSE® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, or cookie dough of your choice, divided 1 large egg 1 tablespoon milk of choice Powdered sugar, for serving (optional) PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 2 standard muffin pans with avocado oil spray. Set aside. 2. Slightly roll out 1 puff pastry sheet on a piece of parchment paper with a rolling pin. 3. Take three-quarters of 1 cookie dough package and divide the dough into medium-sized balls (they don’t have to be perfectly even in size); reserve the remaining dough for later. Use your hands to press and flatten the balls, then scatter the pieces on the puff pastry sheet. Use your hands to slightly press the cookie dough into the puff pastry. 4. Cut the puff pastry sheet in half lengthwise, then cut each strip in half. Cut each strip in half one more time to get 8 equal-sized strips. 5. Roll up 1 strip and place into a prepared muffin well. Repeat with the remaining strips. 6. Repeat steps 2-5 with the remaining puff pastry sheet and cookie dough package. 7. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. 8. Using a pastry brush, brush the tops of the cruffins with the egg wash. Place a teaspoon-sized piece of reserved cookie dough on top of each cruffin. 9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. 10. Allow to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then remove to a plate and dust with powdered sugar. 11. Serve warm, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for brushing 2 whole onions, sliced 2 cloves garlic, sliced 10 Roma tomatoes, halved Salt, to taste Freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 medium pizza dough, room temperature ¼ pound thinly sliced salami ¼ pound thinly sliced pepperoni ¼ pound mozzarella ¼ pound Provolone 2 cups chicken broth Handful of chopped basil PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-low to medium heat. Add the onions and saut茅 for 20-30 minutes, until onions are caramelized. Add the garlic and saut茅 for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In a large bowl, toss the tomatoes with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into quarters. Top each piece with the salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, and Provolone. Fold to close, brush the tops with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Reduce the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake the stromboli rolls for 25-30 minutes. Meanwhile, add the caramelized onions and roasted tomatoes to a blender with the chicken broth. Blend until smooth, pour the soup into the Dutch oven, and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and stir in the basil. Remove the stromboli rolls from the oven and serve with the hot soup. This soup is the perfect pairing for the sandwich. Dipping this sandwich in the soup is a million times better than dipping it in marinara!

@callmekristatorres INGREDIENTS 3 cups homestyle vanilla ice cream ¼ cup whole milk ¼ cup heavy cream 1½ teaspoons pure mint extract (NOT peppermint extract 3 drops green food coloring, plus more as needed For Topping Whipped cream Shaved mint chocolate bar Sprinkles PREPARATION Add the ice cream, milk, and cream to a blender. Blend on medium speed for about 2 minutes, until smooth, then add the mint extract and green food coloring and blend until evenly incorporated and the shake is creamy, about 1 minute more. Pour the shake into a serving glass and top with the whipped cream, mint chocolate shavings, and sprinkles. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS Cupcakes: 2 cups sugar 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup cocoa powder 1½ tsp baking soda 1½ tsp baking powder 2 large eggs ½ cup Irish cream liqueur ½ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water Frosting: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 3½ cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp vanilla extract 3-4 drops of green food coloring Ganache: 2 (4-ounce) semi-sweet chocolate bars, chopped ½ cup heavy cream Toppings: Rainbow Candy Belts Mini Marshmallows Gold Sprinkle Pearls Rolo Candies White Decorating Frosting Chocolate Gold Coins PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line 2 (12-cup) muffin pans. Make the cupcakes: In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder until combined. Add the eggs, liqueur, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Add the boiling water and beat for 1 minute. Fill the prepared muffin pans ¾ full with the batter. Bake for 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before cooling on a wire rack. Meanwhile, make the frosting: In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter for 2 minutes. Add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and food coloring; beat for 3-5 minutes, until fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with the desired tip. Make the ganache: In a medium bowl, add the chocolate. Heat the heavy cream in the microwave for 2 minutes, then pour over the chocolate and stir until thickened. Transfer to a piping bag and snip the tip. Use a spoon to carve a cavity in each cupcake center, fill with the ganache, and pipe on the frosting. Follow the video to decorate!

Better than Olive Garden Chicken & Gnocchi Soup
@jaaliyahs INGREDIENTS Soup: Celery White onion Shredded carrots Bacon Chicken breasts White vinegar 4 cups Unsalted chicken stock 2 cups Heavy cream 1 tsp Minced garlic Cornstarch slurry Gnocchi Baby spinach Thyme leaves Seasonings: Nature’s Seasons seasoning Garlic powder Cajun Paprika Red pepper flakes Saz贸n tropical seasoning Garlic Bread: ⅓ cup Unsalted butter, melted Italian herbs paste French bread Shredded mozzarella cheese Red pepper flakes PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Prepare the soup: Chop the celery, onion, and carrots; set aside. 3. Chop the bacon into small pieces, then cook in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 4. Rinse the chicken with the vinegar, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken with desired seasonings and cook in the skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 5. Make the garlic bread: Combine the melted butter and Italian herbs paste in a small bowl until well combined. Spread the butter mixture onto the French bread. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. 6. In a large pot, add the celery, onion, and carrots. Saut茅 for 5 minutes. Add the chicken stock and heavy cream; stir well. Add the garlic and cornstarch slurry. Continue cooking until the soup thickens slightly. 7. Add the bacon, chicken, gnocchi, spinach, thyme, and any additional seasonings you’d like. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
