Bring to the boil and simmer for five minutes, remove the pandan leaf. Set aside. To cook the balls: Bring a pot of water to the boil. Tip in the white balls and let it boil. Once the balls float to the top, remove with a strainer and add to the syrup. Repeat the process for the rest of the balls. Dish out and serve.
