Lemon and Blackberry


Lemon, Blackberry, perno, yogurt sorbet and wood sorrel. Cooked by Byron Franklin and myself for Wemmergill Estate.



These are my first food images so please critique. I used natural daylight, waiting for the sun to diffuse behind the clouds.



Post-processing: Dust removal and exposure adjustment in Lightroom. Cropped and white balance adjusted in photoshop.
