Corn Casserole

This simple corn casserole is so delicious we start looking forward to it as the weather cools down.

There are a few different ways to make this but this is my go to recipe.



1 stick margarine melted

1 can cream corn

1 can whole kernel corn, do NOT drain

1 jiffy corn muffin mix -8.5 oz. dry

mix all together and bake in a small oven safe dish at 350 for 30-45 minutes till set and lightly browned.

Enjoy!

I spray my dish with non stick spray even though it has the stick of butter in it.

Been making this recipe for more years then I can remember!
