For the crust:
300 gr white flour
200 gr soy butter
100 gr brown sugar
1 vanilla pod
Filling:
6 small – medium size apples
100 ml + 6 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
+ 2 apples and 2 handful cranberries
