Lamb marinade: 1 lbs lamb tenderloin
1 cup full fat whole milk yogurt
2 tsp smoked sea salt
5 large garlic cloves grated
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp ancho chile powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp turmeric
Marinade under refrigeration for 3 hours. Grill at 375º for 15 minutes turning once.
