When I saw a tweet early in the morning from Soma Chocolate of Toronto as COVID-19 self-isolation was beginning to set in and I realized I hadn’t stocked up properly on chocolate, I immediately ordered. My chocolate series continues:
I opened this one before I finished my brown butter because I wanted to alternate dark with milk chocolate. I was unprepared for the fruity fumes that rose and expanded, infiltrating my pleasure centres. There's a reason this one won TWO GOLD chocolate awards: one for the Americas, one for the world. It is to die for.
