Tea of the day: Mambo (Yunnan and WuYi black tea blend)
Accompanied with a plate of steamed zongzi / 粽子 and a side of honey to drizzle over the zongzi. The triangular banana leaf packets are filled with glutinous sweet rice, chunky sweetened red bean paste, and chestnuts. These sweet zongzi were wrapped with banana leaves instead of bamboo leaves.
