Let's get Cooking... In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter. Let the butter melt, bubble and foam until it begins to brown (beurre noisette) and gives off a nutty caramel-like aroma (about 5 minutes). You will need to swirl the pan every now and then to ensure even cooking.
