Beside the tahini date ice cream, this was my favourite dessert. It had an excellent contrast of textures between the cigar tuille, airy mousse like filing and unctuous but not too sweet chunky caramelized figs.



I would order this again in a heart beat. Possibly paired with the mint tea again.
