I liked it. But there were mixed reviews in the family.

weallscream's ice cream base is essentially Jeni's, so I find these recipes very usable ;-)



The key differences are (i) I dropped the cream cheese.and sesame oil (ii) used 2 cups milk instead of one each of milk and coconut milk and (iii) added in a handful of blueberries rather than the orange blossom water to darken the colour and give it a hint of sweetness.



As mentioned, I thought it pretty yummy! If I can persuade my family members, might make it again with the coconut milk and the sesame oil (and omitted the blueberries).
