Tea of the day: White Darjeeling
(Accompanied with an Oreo lemon bar. Golden Oreo Lemon cookie crumbs, baking powder, and coconut milk were mixed together and baked to make the cake base. It was then covered with a thick layer of homemade lemon curd, cooled, and cut into squares.)
