L. Z. has added a photo to the pool:
Organic chick peas soaked overnight in filtered water and juice of 1/2 lemon, drained and cooked in filtered water until tender;
2 cloves of organic garlic, minced;
Juice of one organic lemon;
1/4 cup of organic unfiltered olive oil;
1 teaspoon of freshly ground cumin seeds (I do it in a granite mortar);
A pinch of unrefined sea salt;
Organic fresh parsley.
