I wanted to share my favorite meals for weightloss week 1 and I was even down a couple pounds (I wasn't expecting much as I'm on a water pill and Lasix...so I don't have any water weight to lose). I'm excited that I was able to eat all of the meals and quite liked most...that hasn't been the case with the WFPB recipes I've been trying over the last year and it's been soooo frustrating!
These are scalloped potatoes (as a breakfast dish), ricotta style mushroom and tomato bake, millie’s chili, and corn chowdah.
