Ingredients: 1 cup white vinegar 1 cup water 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon salt 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced in half-moons 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/4 cup Heinz Ketchup 1/4 cup Heinz Honeyracha 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 limes, juiced 2 teaspoons sesame oil Salt and pepper 3 tablespoons canola oil, divided 4 canned pineapple rings, drained and patted dry 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños 4 tablespoons Kraft Mayonnaise 4 leaves butter lettuce 4 sweet Hawaiian bread style hamburger buns Steps: 1. Pickled onions: In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Bring just to a simmer and cook until sugar and salt are dissolved. Place the onions in a jar or glass bowl and pour the vinegar mixture over them. Allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before using. 2. Burgers: In a small bowl whisk together the Heinz Ketchup, Heinz HoneyRacha, soy sauce, lime juice and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. 3. In a medium bowl, add the ground beef and 3 tablespoons of the ketchup mixture, and mix until combined. Form the meat into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. 4. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat, and add 2 tablespoons of oil. 5. Place the burger patties into the skillet and cook for 4 minutes. Flip the burgers and brush with the ketchup glaze. Cook for 2 more minutes, flip, and brush with the glaze again, cooking for an additional 1-3 minutes for medium, or until desired doneness is achieved. 6. Remove the patties and wipe the pan clean. Add remaining one tablespoon of oil, and sear the pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. 7.
