While visiting Raleigh, NC, we went to dinner at the renowned Angus Barn a large steakhouse dating from 1960. The focus, of course, is steak in its many forms, although the menu features many non-steak items. (Steak photographs in pretty much the same way no matter where you encounter it, so ironically, I took no photos of our dinner apart from wine and two desserts.) After dinner, we received a tour of one of the kitchens (they have three), the wine cellar and lounges.
