The base of this shaved ice dessert is shaved blue-colored ice milk sweetened with condensed milk.
From left to right the toppings are the following:
• Scoop of homemade black sesame paste sorbet.
• Nestlé Kit Kat (ice cream flavor).
• Scoop of homemade toasted white sesame and honey gelato.
• Mini slice of homemade cheesecake.
• Chocolate wafer decorated with an edible shimmering silver sugar sheet.
• Crispy, caramelized, homemade candied prosciutto.
• Meito’s Puku Puku Tai Yumekawa fish-shaped wafer (berry flavored).
• Yaokin’s Osama no Melon Pan chocolate filled melon cookies.
• In the center is a sweet, cinnamon-spiced rice pudding made with riso Venere (Venus black rice).
