Bread pudding with Guittard chocolate chips and Jet-Puffed marshmallow. For those who know their baking ingredients, this was made with King Arthur and Sir Galahad flours!
We were also presented with two topping options: a bourbon vanilla bean anglaise sauce (upper left), and a vanilla bean whipped cream (bottom left).
