Chocolate Tartlet
The filling for this decadent chocolate tartlet consists of chopped Godiva 50% dark chocolate sea salt, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and an egg carefully whisked together and baked in a sweet French pastry crust (pâté sucrée) made with pieces of freeze dried blueberries mixed in. Cooled, then decorated with spider-shaped sprinkles and spider webs made from melted mini marshmallows.
Beverage: Chocolat chaud. A French-style hot chocolate, but with a lavender and ruby chocolate twist. Colored with butterfly pea flower powder and beetroot powder.
