hongzhizhu has added a photo to the pool:
Two layers of soft, moist, lightly sweetened chocolate cake with a hint of cinnamon and a layer of bright red buttercream sandwiched in between. Covered entirely with a fudgy chocolate pudding ganache frosting. The Cocoa Trader’s black dutched cocoa powder was used in both the cake and frosting to achieve that magnificent jet black without the aid of black food coloring. (Doesn’t stain your mouth either!)
