So what are the two challenges I am taking on and asking you to do the same? 1. Buy only whole ingredients from the market, cut out processed foods, fast foods, frozen and boxed foods, and focus on fruits, vegetables, beans, meats, eggs, grains and the like. Of course we can't get everything fresh, so I am not including things like flour and rice, but trying to only focus on basic ingredients and make everything you can from scratch. 2. Dance, with me if you'd like, at least 5 minutes every day. Get into your body, feel good, move to the music.
