So simple! The beauty comes from all the different heirloom tomatoes I got. They do all the work prettying this up!
Here's the recipe:
Some Bibb lettuce torn up
Some red lettuce torn up
A mix or gorgeous heirloom tomatoes - the more variety, the better
Sherry vinegar
Olive oil
Get the freshest kind of greens you can get. I love the more softer lettuces with these tomatoes because they don't compete with the flavor. I cut all the tomatoes into similar pieces, but that's not necessary. Sprinkle on some of the best sherry vinegar you can afford. Drizzle some of the best extra virgin olive oil that suits your taste. Take a picture of the beautiful plate you just made then eat the salad.
