Tomorrow is the first day of Rosh Hashanah or the Jewish New Year. Apple cake is one of the traditional recipes made for this celebration. I am so glad I tried it, it's probably one of the better Apple Cakes I've ever made. It uses nut butter and absolutely "no" flour. I couldn't believe how high it rose up, didn't expect that. This is something I'm going to make again!
