FarmerLynn has added a photo to the pool:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1 peach, diced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 TBSP nut butter
Add oats, water, half of peach, half of blueberries, vanilla, and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. (or microwave in a bowl for 3 minutes) Stir in flaxseed and nut butter, then serve topped with remaining peaches and blueberries.
Makes 1 serving. 316 calories, 47g carbs, 58g sodium, 9g protein, 12g fat
