Scotch bonnet and garlic sauce

Just use a stick blender and whizz up the chillies and garlic into a paste. Then add salt and sugar as preservatives, some oil as a carrier, and a little cider vinegar for piquancy. I put it in the jar and microwave it on a low heat to sterilise it but, if you eat it within a week or so you don't even need to do that. Hot lips!
