A light and sweet mousse with a hint of cherry blossoms.
Marshmallows were melted and mixed together with half-and-half, plain yogurt, cherry blossom essence, and pink food-coloring before being poured into a glass and chilled until firm. Topped with whipped cream, a Hello Kitty Cafe vanilla macaron, tiny strawberries (Trader Joe’s Italian Strawberries in Syrup), a strawberry heart-shaped marshmallow, and a Nestlé Kit Kat Ruby Chocolate Nuts & Cranberry mini bar.
Beverage: Hello Kitty ramune soda.
