Don't you wish you lived next to me??! I was in the kitchen baking all day & this is the dessert delivery to my neighbors. The folks at work will be hopped up on sugar tomorrow. I made mini chocolate cheesecakes made with the quark I made yesterday covered in a raspberry jelly (ok, the cheesecakes split, so I needed something to cover up the cracks), key lime pie cups with homemade graham cracker crust, cranberry crumble made with the cranberry butter I made yesterday, apple cake, & apple criss crosses because I had extra apple filling.The only thing I didn't make from scratch was the puff pastry, because who has time or arm strength for that!
