Homemade spiced pumpkin pie with a flaky, buttery crust. Covered with *white chocolate fudge curls and shavings.
(Steamed and puréed kabocha was used to make the pumpkin pie.)
(*Used a block of the Old Apple Barn’s White Sands fudge.)
Beverage: New Mexico Piñon Coffee’s ’Pumpkin Spice’ coffee.
