The Camellias and Rhododendrons have turn intense red in May-times backyard, and my mind is full of chocolate sundae dreams, topped with red cherries. Hence, this is the path I took to this drink.
In a rocks glass add the following and let sit a few minutes before sipping.
1.5 oz. bourbon
1 oz. water
1 tsp. Aperol
½ tsp. Cherry herring
1 tipsy cherry and some juice
