All vegan and all delicious! I never liked potato salad in my non-vegan days, and this was my first time making a vegan potato salad. I LOVED it! I'll definitely be making it again and again :)
Why vegan? Because I don't need to use animal products to live and thrive, and I don't think I have the right to unnecessarily harm others:
