A Hungarian multilayered sponge cake filled with fluffy chocolate buttercream made with Pernigotti cocoa powder. Thicker chocolate buttercream was piped on top to hold up each individual wedge of crunchy caramel covered sponge cake. The sides of the cake are coated in sliced almonds and chopped hazelnuts. Garnished with toasted whole hazelnuts and a chewy caramel rose in the center.
