This loaf was mixed, kneaded, risen, knocked down, proofed and baked in the dough bowl of my Magimix 5200xl premium food processor, it was really quick, simple and efficient and for the first time I didn't end up with flour all over my kitchen! I used the bread recipe from the recipe booklet that came with the dough bowl kit.
