Lemon Cake

Here is what you’ll need:



200 gr plain white flour

100 gr brown sugar

200 ml lukewarm water

1 tablespoon baking powder

Vanilla to taste

Zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime*

Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime

4 – 5 table spoons of oil**

1 tablespoon vinegar



For the icinng:



2 cups of icing sugar

4 tablespoons of lemon juice (usually one lemon or lime)

Maybe 1 tablespoon of water – not always necessary
