A small homemade no-bake cookies and cream cheesecake surrounded by Oreo Fun Stixs and topped with a layer of strawberry gelatin. The cheesecake along with the crust is made with Oreo cookie crumbs.
Resting on top of the jiggling red gelatin is a tasty cookies and cream skeleton bust.
The skull was made with Ghirardelli’s white chocolate mixed with Oreo cookie crumbs, which was also used to coat the pretzels for the skeleton’s ribs. The brain was made with a halved walnut dipped in pink dyed white chocolate then sprinkled with pink sugar crystals. To finish the cake off I added a pair of red confetti sprinkles for the eyes, cookies and cream candy for the stone circle, and a couple of bone-shaped hard candies.
