Collab with @chefanietea Recipe: Grilled Lemongrass Prawn Tacos with Coconut Curry Sauce Servings: 2 Prep time: 20 mins Cook time: 15 mins Prawns 2 lb 13/15 jumbo prawns, peeled, deveined, and cleaned, heads left on if desired 3 garlic cloves, finely minced 2 small lime leaves, finely minced (about 1½ tsp) 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 Tbsp fish sauce ½ tsp ground turmeric 1 tsp chile flakes, or to taste 2 Tbsp lemongrass, finely minced Coconut Curry Sauce ½ cup coconut cream or milk 1 tsp cornstarch 1½ Tbsp red curry paste 1½ tsp fish sauce 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper For Serving Corn tortillas Thinly sliced cabbage Thinly sliced red onion Fresh cilantro leaves Lime wedges 1. In a medium bowl or container, combine the prawns with the garlic, lime leaves, oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce, turmeric, chili flakes, and lemongrass and stir to coat well. Let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature. 2. Make the coconut curry sauce: In a medium bowl or container, mix together the coconut cream, cornstarch, red curry paste, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Pour into a small pan and cook on the grill or stovetop over medium heat until thickened, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside to cool. 3. Grill the marinated prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and nicely charred on the outside. 4. Warm the tortillas on both sides on the grill. 5. Assemble the tacos: Add cabbage, red onion, a couple grilled prawns (remove the heads prior to assembling and serve alongside, if desired), a drizzle of coconut curry sauce, and cilantro to each tortilla. Serve with lime wedges alongside. Enjoy!

@Sweetportfolio found some Japanese Shokupan (milk bread) at a local bakery and decided to make a fruit sando! For this delicious summer treat, you will need the following: Ingredients 1 loaf shokupan or any other soft bread 1½ cups heavy cream ⅓ cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 6-8 medium strawberries, stemmed and hulled 2 kiwis, ends trimmed, peeled, and quartered Preparation -Cut the bread into 1½-inch-thick slices using a serrated knife. -In the bowl of a stand mixer (or in a large bowl with a whisk), whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until medium peaks form. -Spread a layer of whipped cream over a slice of bread, then arrange the strawberries or kiwis on top so the fruit will be revealed when the sandwich is cut diagonally. Cover the fruit completely with more whipped cream, then top with another slice of bread. Spread more whipped cream around the sides of the sandwich until flush with the edges. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches, then wrap each sandwich tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. -Unwrap the sandwiches and use a serrated knife to trim the crusts. Cut the sandos in half diagonally to reveal the fruit, then serve immediately. -Enjoy!

Try this fun Korean street food with @groovyfoodiess! So Tteok So Tteok directly translates to “Rice Cake, Sausage, Rice Cake, Sausage”, which is the literal composition of this dish! If you’re a fan of tteokbokki, you’d LOVE this! So Tteok So Tteok Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS -24 rice cakes, or tteok -24 mini sausages, or so -2 Tbsp gochujang -½ Tbsp soy sauce -3½ Tbsp sugar -¼ tsp sesame oil -3 Tbsp hot water -1 tsp ramen seasoning -2 Tbsp neutral oil -1 Tbsp white sesame seeds -1 green onion, thinly sliced Special Equipment -8–10 wooden skewers PREPARATION Ensure you have a pan large enough to fit the skewers; otherwise, trim the skewers as needed. If desired, trim the rice cakes to match the length of the hot dogs; this is purely for aesthetics.hetics. Thread the rice cakes and sausages in an alternating pattern onto the skewers. (Tip: if the rice cakes are too dense, boil for 3 minutes to soften.) Make the sauce: Combine the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, hot water, and ramen seasoning in a bowl. Mix well, then set aside. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place the skewers in the pan and fry until crispy on both sides, 2–3 minutes per side. @sadieradinsky8136's favorite sandwich ever takes all the best ingredients from a classic Greek salad, and sandwiches them between two pieces of sourdough slathered in a herby feta spread. You’re going to want to try this! Greek Salad Sandwich Ingredients -Handful of fresh mint leaves -Handful of fresh dill fronds -½ cup crumbled feta cheese -¼ cup mayonnaise -Squeeze of fresh lemon juice -1 tomato -¼ English cucumber -⅓ cup pitted Kalamata olives -2 slices sourdough bread -2 slices mozzarella cheese -3 slices chicken or turkey deli meat (omit for vegetarian) -2 Tbsp ghee or butter Preparation 1. Finely chop then mint and dill, then add to a medium bowl with the feta, mayonnaise, and lemon. Mix to combine. 2. Slice the tomato, cucumber and olives. 3. Spread the feta mixture over each slice of bread, then layer the mozzarella, olives, tomato, deli meat and cucumber on top of one slice. Place the other slice of bread on top, feta-side down. 4. Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in a ceramic nonstick or cast iron pan over medium heat. Once the ghee is sizzling, add the sandwich to the pan and place a lid on top. Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes, then add the remaining tablespoon of ghee and carefully flip the sandwich. Cook until golden brown on the other side, another 2 minutes. 5. Slice in half and serve immediately. 6. Enjoy!

Tanghulu is a candied fruit snack originating from China and it’s delightful - recipe below INGREDIENTS 1 watermelon, sliced into 1-inch-thick slabs 2 cups sugar 1 cup water Special Equipment Instant-read thermometer Heat-safe skewers PREPARATION Use small cookie cutters to punch out shapes from the watermelon flesh, or use a knife to cut into small squares or your desired shapes. Prepare an ice bath in a medium bowl. In a medium nonstick pan, combine the sugar and water. Melt together over [level] heat and continue cooking until the temperature reaches 300°F (150°C). Secure a watermelon shape onto a heat-safe skewer. Dip the skewer into the hot sugar mixture to coat the watermelon evenly, then immediately dunk in the ice bath; the sugar should harden and turn glossy on the outside of the fruit. Repeat with the remaining watermelon. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Get ready to savor the taste of summer with this delicious and healthy twist on a classic! Watch now for the best guilt-free Chicken Caesar salad recipe. Ingredients: Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove, grated 4 organic/free-range skinless boneless chicken breast fillet For the dressing: 1 garlic clove, grated 2 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped 100ml fat-free yogurt 1 head romaine or Cos lettuce, leaves separated, washed and dried 25g piece parmesan, shaved with a potato peeler 50g pumpkin seeds, toasted 2 eggs, soft boiled, halved Steps: 1. Mix the lemon juice, oil and garlic together in a dish. Add the chicken and turn it over in the marinade to coat well. Leave for up to 4 hrs in the fridge to marinate. 2. Put the garlic into a mini blender with the anchovies and blend until smooth. Add the paste to a glass jar with a lid and add the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, chilli and yoghurt. Shake until everything is combined and set aside. 3. Heat a pan until very hot and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil into the pan. Add the chicken and cook for 15-16 mins, turning once or twice, until cooked through. Remove and slice. 4. Tear the romaine lettuce into manageable sized pieces and add to a bowl. Pour just under half the dressing over the leaves and carefully toss to coat using your hands - it’s so much easier! 5. Pile the leaves onto a serving dish and add the chicken and soft boiled egg halves. Sprinkle over the pumpkin seeds and add the shaved parmesan. It’s awesome–recipe below‼️ INGREDIENTS 15-20 garlic cloves, peeled ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil, or as needed Kosher salt 3 lobster tails 3 Tbsp unsalted butter Freshly ground black pepper Juice of 1 lemon ¼ cup apple cider vinegar 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish ¼ cup chopped fresh dill, plus more for garnish 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 lb farfalle pasta, cooked and drained ½ cup finely diced cucumber ½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered ¼ cup finely chopped olives ¼ cup finely chopped pickles PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Add the garlic to a small ramekin and cover completely with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, then cover the ramekin with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake for about 2 hours, until the garlic cloves are deep golden brown and meltingly tender. Immediately refrigerate the cooked garlic confit with the oil. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top middle of each lobster tail, exposing the meat. Place the tails on the prepared baking sheet and set a tablespoon of butter on top of each, then season with salt and black pepper. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 140°F (60°C). Remove from the oven and let cool until safe to handle, then carefully remove the lobster meat from the shells and cut into large chunks. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic confit and oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, green onions, dill, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Gently mix, keeping the garlic cloves mostly intact. In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, pickles, and lobster meat. Pour the dressing over top and mix to evenly coat. Garnish with more dill and green onions. Enjoy!

Give it a try and lmk what you think! 1 lb dried medium shell pasta Olive oil ½ lb lean ground beef, cooked, crumbled, and cooled 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved ½ lb thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy, chopped ½ cup chopped pickles 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1½ cups shredded lettuce Sesame seeds Sauce ½ cup Greek yogurt ½ cup mayonnaise ½ tsp paprika ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder 1 tsp white wine vinegar ¼ cup sweet pickle relish -Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking. -Make the sauce: In a large serving bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, and relish. -Add the pasta to the bowl, along with the ground beef, tomatoes, bacon, pickles, cheddar cheese, and lettuce. Toss well to combine. Top with sesame seeds, then chill for a few hours before serving.

Recipe below‼️ INGREDIENTS 1 cup fresh raspberries or ¼ cup raspberry jam 1 tsp honey (omit if using jam) 1 cup vanilla ice cream 1 cup milk of choice ½ cup frozen blueberries ½ cup frozen strawberries 1 tsp blue spirulina powder Whipped cream, for topping Rainbow sprinkles, for topping PREPARATION 1. If using fresh raspberries, mash them into a paste and mix in the honey. 2. Add the vanilla ice cream, milk, frozen blueberries, mashed raspberries, frozen strawberries, and spirulina to a blender and blend until smooth. 3. Pour the shake into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and sprinkles. 4. Enjoy!

Recipe below‼️ Ingredients -2 Tbsp unsalted butter -1 large yellow onion, sliced -1 tsp kosher salt -½ pound lean ground beef -¼ cup store-bought onion dip mix -1 tsp freshly ground black pepper -1 tsp red pepper flakes -4 taco-size flour tortillas -Freshly grated Gruyère cheese -Worcestershire sauce -Large handful arugula -Balsamic glaze Preparation -Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion, season with salt, and cook, stirring frequently, for 30-40 minutes, until deep golden brown and caramelized. -Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, onion dip mix, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Gently mix together until just combined. -Divide the beef mixture into 4 even balls. Use your palm to smash a beef ball onto each tortilla, spreading it over the whole tortilla and flattening it as much as possible. -Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Working one at a time, add a smash taco to the pan, meat-side down, and cook for about 5 minutes, until the beef is deeply browned and cooked through. Flip the taco and cook for about 3 minutes on the other side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining tacos. -Top each taco with a handful of grated Gruyère, some caramelized onions, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, a small handful of arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. -Enjoy!

It was definitely interesting, and quite tasty 😎 Recipe below ‼️ Ingredients -3 strips bacon -5 cherry tomatoes, halved -2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided -Salt -Black pepper -½ cup sliced baby Bella mushrooms -2 eggs -1 Tbsp milk -Nonstick cooking spray -1 burrito-size flour tortilla -½ cup baked beans, cooked -1 Tbsp grated sharp white cheddar cheese -1 scallion, thinly sliced -1 frozen hash brown, cooked -1 taco-size flour tortilla Preparation -Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line 2 baking sheets with foil. -Arrange the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes, until crispy, but not burnt. -Arrange the tomato halves on the other baking sheet and coat with ½ Tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then bake for about 15 minutes, until softened and slightly darkened. -Heat another ½ Tbsp of olive oil in a small pan over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from the heat. -In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ½ tsp salt, and some black pepper until foamy. -Grease a small pan with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until just set. Remove from the heat. -Spoon the baked beans onto the center of the burrito-size tortilla, then top with the eggs, cheddar, scallions, bacon, hash brown, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Place the taco-size tortilla on top and gently press down. Fold the edges of the bottom tortilla up around the top tortilla, pleating until fully closed, then flip the wrap seam-side down. -Heat the remaining 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Place the wrap in the pan, seam-side down, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. -Cut in half down the middle and serve. -Enjoy!
