I’ve tried a LOT of smoothie recipes through the years and this has become my old standby. It’s tasty and uses mostly frozen items so it’s easy to always have on hand.
2 cups frozen mixed fruit (this is pineapple, strawberries, peaches, and mango)
1 cup frozen mixed veggies (this is Normandy blend)
1/4-1/2 cup frozen spinach
water to cover (optionally use part apple juice to sweeten)
Optional add-ins: TBSP ground flax, amla powder, and/or chia seeds
