Notre-Dame Cathedral is one of the most unique buildings in Saigon, always attracting the attention of tourists at home and abroad. The cathedral has a circumference of 91 x 35.5 m and a height of 21 m. There is no enclosure around. The foundation of the church is specially designed, withstand loads of 10 times the entire church structure above. From the outside, from the wall to the whole roof is a bright red brick, no moss clinging to mold. There are some broken tiles in the church, with the letters Guichard Carvin, Marseille St André France printed on top, and some other tiles with the words Wang - Tai Saigon.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water
1 peach, diced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 TBSP nut butter
Add oats, water, half of peach, half of blueberries, vanilla, and cinnamon to a small saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes. (or microwave in a bowl for 3 minutes) Stir in flaxseed and nut butter, then serve topped with remaining peaches and blueberries.
Makes 1 serving. 316 calories, 47g carbs, 58g sodium, 9g protein, 12g fat

This is something new for me today. I used Burgundy Apples in this recipe. They are most unusual. The skin is deep red and the flesh is pink and white. The taste is tart, juicy with spicy undertones, perfect for cooking. I so enjoyed this! I got the apples from Indian Creek Farm.
