thekelticfringe has added a photo to the pool:
Miso base, carrot ribbons, broccoli, ginger, chilli, red bell pepper, spinach, coriander. You can add any veg really - beansprouts, cabbage, tomatoes, leeks....
For a more substantial feast add cubes of tofu - just drop them in or griddle them first. If you're not vegetarian use chicken stock, or add a poached egg. It's up to you, really!
