A bear of a bar with tongue-biting ginger bits and peppery pepper pops. Rather neat.
Green fermented Kampot peppers. No, I hadn’t heard of them before either. Fiji ginger. Peru chocolate - Soma Chocolate’s Ucayali 70%, which is quite yum and they use it in their barks. They call this Baby Bear because the surface is like a baby bear. I don’t see it but it was good, whatever its name.
