This sweet and creamy slice of cheesecake has a layer of vanilla cheesecake topped (and minimally swirled) with a layer of spiced pumpkin pie cheesecake and is bordered with Pirouline pumpkin spice rolled wafers.
Graham cracker crumbs, Biscoff cookie butter spread, unsalted butter, and white sugar were used to make the crust.
