We found NYC's BEST Himalayan food, and then made it at home.
Generally when I'm feeling a bit stale in the kitchen, the easiest way to find new inspiration is to head out in NYC and sample some new and exciting foods. But for this series, I wanted to keep it a little more in the moment since that's generally when the magic happens! So rather then searching online for the perfect spots, we figured we would pick a neighborhood, pick a cuisine and see what happens!
