Black sesame glutinous rice balls
Boiled glutinous rice balls stuffed with a sweetened sesame paste made up of ground black sesame seeds, powdered sugar, coconut oil, and a pinch of salt. Served in a brown sugar and osmanthus flower syrup.
Beverage: Samovar’s ’Hubei Spring Needle’ green tea. Unsweetened.
