Simple low carb salad

This is a variation on my simple five ingredient salad. This time, instead of slivered almonds, I used walnut pieces. I also added a sliced avocado. The ingredients are: arugula, blueberries, walnuts, avocado, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Try to get the best vinegar and oil you can since only they two make up the dressing. Since the walnut pieces were raw, I toasted them a little in a pan. The arugula and blueberries were organic.
