Eat With Your Eyez has added a photo to the pool:
A day off called for a special petit dejeuner (breakfast). I made a cherry sauce reduction with a hint of cinnamon and almond, to float my crepes in. I blended cream cheese and cherries into a luscious filling. The cherries on top got a coating of a boiling simple syrup to bring out the color. A bit of cherry and chocolate styling made it look more appealing on the plate. Alfresco dining at it's best.
