Hamburger Helper has added a photo to the pool:
See previous photo for the marinade and salad ingredients. I portioned some for myself on a separate smaller plate, and added a generous scoop of homemade tzaziki. I normally make it with full fat Greek yogurt, but as I have been eating a lower saturated fat and low carb diet, I substituted for non fat yogurt.
Tzaziki:
1 - 1 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil, or more to taste
half English cucumber
fresh dill
fresh mint
half lemon juice
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper
Everything is to taste. First, peel and grate the cucumber. Rub a little salt into it, and put it into a strainer suspended over a bowl. Chop the dill and mint. Add to a separate bowl, add yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Squeeze out as much of the water from the cucumber and add to yogurt mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
