My birthday is right before Christmas and the wife always bakes me a cake which most of it gets tossed out because of all the desserts at the holiday time. This year I told her not to bother making one. I came home yesterday and she had made me a belated birthday cheesecake. It didn't set up all the way exactly as you can see in the whole cheesecake. I froze a piece to get a nice clean edge cut but the back one looks terrible.
