Coming very very very soon! When it comes to dipping bread into delicious spreads, I am not sure if anyone does it better than the Israeli’s. Normally the bread vehicle would be Pita of course, but in this case I like to use a sturdier sourdough toast to create an open faced crostini. Although there are endless delicious Israeli spreads to choose from, my go-to and probably the easiest of them all would be boba Ganosh. I like like frying up some leftover meat to give this crostini some serious substance, but feel free to keep it veggie all the way!
